Janitor/cleaner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of our senior building and rental office.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas and office
- Perform floor care tasks including buffing, waxing, and polishing when needed
- Assist with porter duties
-Any other duties assigned by maintenance supervisor
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills:
- Able to work independently, time management
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
