The firm needs someone to assist with maintaining calendars for attorney; manage a team of remote paralegals; open new client files and enter data into systems; scanning/filing; answer phone; support attorneys as needed; and make financial and time-keeping entries. The Firm's clients are stable, personable, businesspeople. The office environment is casual. You will get to work with the owner and other attorneys.
Required qualifications:
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook;
- Highly ORGANIZED;
- Precise grammar; and
- Background check.
Qualifications that make you an outstanding candidate:
- Real estate transaction coordination experience;
- Title company experience;
- Construction experience;
- Book keeping experience;
- Public records experience;
- Notary;
- Private lender experience; and or
- Law Firm Experience.
