Position Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. This role is designed as a foundational position with a clear path toward becoming a Financial Advisor. The selected candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of the business, building both technical expertise and client relationship skills.
During the first 90 days, the focus will be on developing core client service competencies, along with a strong understanding of our internal systems and processes. As proficiency increases, responsibilities will expand in complexity, with growing opportunities for direct client interaction.

As a Financial Analyst with ROI Financial Advisors, candidates analyze economic conditions, stock market performance and other details to provide expert advice to company leadership before they make financial decisions. Financial Analysts organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings per share. They gather data about other companies to determine industry standards and identify trends as they develop.

Financial Analyst duties and responsibilities:
A Financial Analyst studies a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy. Their duties include predicting the return on investment for different stocks and business ventures, writing financial reports and collecting industry research to inform decision making.
Key responsibilities for Financial Analyst:
- Acting as a direct assistant and support role for the advisor
- Creating proposed client portfolios
- Gathering and inputting data for financial plans
- Preparing reports and models for client meetings
- Overseeing routine client service tasks (ex: scheduling meetings, filling out and sending forms, meeting follow-ups)
Minimum Qualifications:

- Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support - Advanced ability to analyze and explain market data
- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree - Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
PREFERED:
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification

Will work from a local office. Beaverton and Clackamas.
