We’re partnering with an organization looking for a Senior / Lead Financial Analyst to take ownership of high-impact analytical initiatives that shape long-term financial and operational strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and evolving complex models, translating data into clear recommendations, and leading projects that influence executive-level decisions.
Salary range: $125,000 - $190,000 DOE. Relocation Assistance available if applicable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve multi-year financial and operational models used to guide strategic planning and decision-making
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from problem framing through execution and delivery of insights
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align on recommendations
- Develop and refine frameworks that improve how the business analyzes cost structures, forecasts, and long-term trends
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, driving alignment and action
- Manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines and priorities are met
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in analytics, financial modeling, or data-driven decision support
- Proven ability to turn analysis into recommendations, not just reporting
- Experience working with large or complex datasets and building models in Excel or similar tools
- Ability to communicate insights through storytelling and visualization, tailored to business audiences
- Experience leading projects or influencing stakeholders across teams
- Exposure to tools like Python, R, or similar for data analysis is a plus

- Experience working with financial or operational data in any industry
- Background in pricing, cost modeling, or long-term forecasting is beneficial but not required
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-year initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel, including advanced functions, modeling, and reporting.
- Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
- Experience using R, Python, or similar tools to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
