Overview
Bentley / Maserati of Wexford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Bonus pay after 90 days in addition to hourly rate.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.
This position requires strong mathematic skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure repair and parts orders are accurately accounted for
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Purchase orders
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Responsible for processing and submitting title paperwork for sold vehicles
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Requirements
- 1.5 years automotive dealership experience preferred but not required.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
This can be part time or full time position.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
