Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are readily available for our customers in a grocery store environment. Your ability to efficiently manage stock and provide excellent customer service will be key to our success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure product availability.
- Merchandise via category
- Input items as stocking into Beep date monitoring app
- Utilize a pallet jack to move merchandise safely and efficiently throughout the store.
- Clean and organize shelves, displays, and storage areas to maintain a tidy shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product location.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack safely; training will be provided if necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, including bilingual capabilities being an advantage.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store environment is essential.
