Pay: $102.00–$178.50 per day ($25.50/hour, based on typical 4-7-hour routes)

What You'll Do

• Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities, following all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and district policies
• Greet students and provide a welcoming, positive environment on board
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate with dispatch, school staff, and parents as needed
• Represent Rohrer Bus with professionalism in the community

What We're Looking For

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license, held for at least 3 years (CDL not required to apply, we'll train you)
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical
• Comfortable using or learning fleet and workforce technology systems such as Samsara (GPS/vehicle tracking) and Dayforce (scheduling/HR)
• A reliable, safety-first mindset and genuine interest in working with students

Position Details

• Part-time, Monday through Friday
• Split-shift schedule aligned with school start/end times
• Based out of your local Rohrer Bus terminal
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs, enter/exit the vehicle (13"–66" off the ground), sit for extended periods, and work in varying outdoor conditions
