Role: Data Engineer (Snowflake & Python)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (onsite from Day1)

Type: Full time role

Client: Wipro

Mandatory Skills: SQL, Python, snowflake

Job Description

Experience: Minimum of 9 years in a professional Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar role.

Database Expertise: Expert proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).

Programming: High proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, pipeline automation, and building APIs.

Cloud Data Warehouse: Deep, proven experience with Snowflake (e.g., architecture, Snowpipe, data sharing, virtual warehouses, cost management).

Data Pipelining: Strong experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Azure Data Factory) and working with various data formats (JSON, XML, Parquet, Avro).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
