This role emphasizes Linux systems administration, Oracle Siebel CRM sustainment, Java and PL/SQL application support, and cybersecurity compliance. The Software Engineer ensures platform stability, availability, and secure mission operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Tier-3 operations and maintenance support for secure enterprise web applicationsImplement application enhancements and workflow updates aligned to mission requirementsMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability while maintaining recovery proceduresSupport RMF, SSP, ATO, and Body of Evidence (BoE) cybersecurity compliance activitiesInvestigate and remediate defects in legacy Java-based applicationsMaintain Linux-based application and database environmentsOversee interfaces between enterprise applications and supporting databasesUtilize Sponsor-approved systems to track issues, changes, and enhancementsProvide direct technical support to mission usersRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI with FSPDemonstrated Linux systems administration capability in secure environmentsStrong proficiency in Java and Oracle PL/SQLWorking knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM or comparable enterprise CRM platformsProven support of client/server-based enterprise applicationsExperience producing RMF, SSP, and BoE cybersecurity documentationHands-on background installing and configuring database environmentsFamiliarity with encryption protocols such as OpenSSL and TLSPreferred QualificationsPrior involvement supporting classified Sponsor environmentsHands-on use of Red Hat, CentOS, or Rocky Linux distributionsBackground utilizing DevOps collaboration tools including GitHub, JIRA, and ConfluenceExposure to Spring, Hibernate, and Tomcat frameworksAbility to track discrepancy reports and resolve application defectsExperience building or extending ServiceNow applicationsWhy Join RogueThinkYou will work on mission-critical federal programs that directly support national security and government transformation while collaborating with a high-performance engineering team that values innovation, autonomy, and technical excellence.
