Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for complex design and construction projects.
What you will do:
- Develop, update, and manage detailed design and construction schedules from project initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather inputs, constraints, track progress, and identify potential delays.
- Perform schedule analysis including but not limited to critical path method (CPM) and risk assessment.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular monthly reports and 6-week lookahead schedules to stakeholders.
- Identify schedule risks and work with project teams to propose and implement mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Review schedules submitted by architects, engineers, and subcontractors and integrate them into the master schedule.
- Support project teams with planning, sequencing, and resource allocation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of schedule changes and impacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working on Industrial and Manufacturing or Commercial construction projects as a scheduler.
- Expertise with cost loading and resource loading schedules.
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 required.
- General knowledge or project controls and reporting.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
