You will be responsible for the administrative organization of the Sales and Marketing, department
including coordinating day-to-day activities such as handling initial inquires, entering database notes,
and compiling reports. You will also be the point-of-contact for coordinating onsite sales events.

- Manage and optimize the CRM database, ensuring accurate lead tracking, applicant/waitlist maintenance, and efficient documentation workflows.
- Support marketing and sales operations by coordinating events, generating routine sales reports, assisting with market research, and producing marketing materials such as brochures, floor plans, and move‑in guides.
- Coordinate the move‑in and move‑out process by assisting prospects and residents with required documentation and partnering with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Engage with prospects and visitors, including responding to inquiries, conducting introductory tours, prequalifying leads, and scheduling follow-up communications.
- Maintain operational readiness through accurate inventory management, adherence to safety and policy requirements, completion of required training, and other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in administrative or customer-facing office experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing exemplary customer service.
- Experience with a CRM, strong computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems quickly is highly preferred.
- You’re eager to grow in this role, and we will train the right candidate on our CRM and internal processes.
