We are seeking a Renovation Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation, capital improvement, and construction‑related projects that enhance our campus while delivering an exceptional, resident‑focused experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise campus renovations, painting projects, modifications, and construction activities in alignment with the Campus Master Plan and operational priorities.
- Support the design, planning, and implementation of infrastructure improvements, capital projects, and special renovation initiatives across the campus.
- Develop and maintain forecasts for renovation needs, monitor departmental budgets, and assist with annual and long‑range capital budget planning.
- Hire, coordinate, and oversee contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors while ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate records related to renovation projects, resident options, construction notes, meeting minutes, work orders, and related documentation.
- Minimum of five years of experience in general or specialized building construction, renovations, or facility services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related trades.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices, regulatory requirements, MSDS, PPE, and general building trade standards.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and local officials.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership approach with the ability to work collaboratively with team members, residents, and cross‑department partners.
