Job Description
SEASON: January 17, 2026 – March 14, 2026. ONLY Saturdays starting at 8:00am (4-9 hours daily)

Qualifications: Ability to lead games, teach youth the rules of the game and comfortable talking to parents/coaches.
Duties
1. Starts games and keeps games on time according to schedule. Insures all players are ready for safe game play. Checks for proper sports wear and shoes, no jewelry, etc.
2. Introduces him/herself to all coaches prior to each game. Works with the coaches to make the game a good experience for the players and parents to the greatest extent possible.
3. Teams up with coaches to grow players into great people as well as great players.
4. Encourages and models behavior consistent with the YMCA core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Asks for the support of the sports coordinator in addressing any behavior not in accordance with these values.
