Job Description:
As part of our Door Manufacturing Team, you will be responsible for the assembly, production, and quality control of doors. You will operate machinery, manage materials, and ensure products meet our high standards of durability and performance. Your attention to detail and efficiency will play a key role in the success of our production operations. Current hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 5am to 3:30pm and Fridays as required. Starting pay is $19.00 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Operate door manufacturing machinery such as saws, drills, and CNC machines.
Assemble door panels, frames, and hardware components.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
Maintain production equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in door manufacturing or a similar production role is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Familiarity with door materials, including wood, veneer, and composite materials.
