Responsibilities:
- Lead the evening shift and support the team throughout service.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and food safety standards are consistently met.
- Delegate tasks and keep the team focused, productive, and working together.
- Complete nightly closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, cash reconciliation, and securing the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Train and mentor new team members while reinforcing company standards.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance, inventory needs, and operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required.
- Leadership, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to coach and support teammates.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
