Driver & Helper Positions – Rogue Runners LLC (Phoenix, Oregon)
Hello there!
My name is John with Rogue Runners LLC, a local logistics company based out of Southern Oregon. We are currently looking for strong, dependable Drivers and Helpers to assist with deliveries for multiple customers in the Bend/Redmond market.
Driver Requirements
Must pass Background Check, Driving Record Check, and Drug Test (including THC/CBD)
Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience
Must have reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
Must be capable of lifting 100 lbs or more
Schedule
Must report to the loading dock each morning at 7:00 AM
Route runs until completion (most crews finish around 1:00 PM)
Monday through Saturday (6 days per week)
Pay
Drivers: $700 per week
Helpers: $600 per week
Paid weekly (1099 positions)
Paid maintenance days
Guaranteed pay even on days with fewer or no deliveries
Basic Duties
Loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks, dollies, or by hand
Communicating professionally with customers before and during deliveries
Assisting with loading/unloading and securing a 26 ft box truck with lift gate
Responsible for all merchandise while in possession
Using a handheld device to track orders, delivery times, photos, and customer details
