We have a part-time position available to add a new receptionist to our Veterinary Hospital that cares for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, pocket pets and more. Some of the duties include scheduling appointments, chart preparation and entry, invoicing, prescriptions, products presentation. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be a vital part of our veterinary team, providing exceptional customer service and support to pet owners and their furry companions. With core skills in veterinary terminology, animal handling, and pet care, you will assist in scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of the clinic.
