Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Hilliard Area)

Job Description:

We are looking to add a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to our Westbelt facility team. As the Maintenance Technician you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, and maintains Rogue facilities.

Pay Range $32/hr - $45/hr

Additional 10% premium for 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment or facility issues before they become major problems
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
• Support facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairs
• Respond promptly to emergency repair needs
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Candidates should be technically proficient, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Preferred knowledge of CNC, conveyance, powder coating, welding, and/or laser systems
• Must be familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drives
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
• Willing to put in extended hours including weekends as needed
