Responsibilities
- Support facility, department, and production line layouts to improve material flow, safety, and efficiency
- Maintain CAD layouts and floor plans in support of manufacturing and warehouse operations
- Conduct time and motion studies, identify and reduce waste, line balance, and implement
- Partner with production teams to identify issues and implement practical process improvements
- Analyze operational data to support decisions related to capacity, throughput, and workflow
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and distribution
- Assist with capital equipment evaluations and production start-ups
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environment preferred
- Familiarity with CAD tools for layouts and floor plans
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical solutions
- Hands-on mindset and ability to work effectively with production team members
