Position Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry for various HRIS databases and spreadsheets, including Workday, Google Sheets, etc to maintain confidential employee files and records
- Maintain department email and voicemail inboxes, and direct inquiries as needed
- Interact in-person, by phone, or by email with team members throughout the business to answer questions on any number of HR topics. Expect a lot of face time with team members
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Rogue’s HR policies and procedures
- Conduct time and attendance transactions and data audits to accurately track and report absenteeism, Point System outcomes, and other metrics
- Help conduct group interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding; create new hire badges, prepare documentation, I-9 Verifications/e-Verify, etc
- Be available for occasional on-call duties and to support business HR needs outside of standard 1st shift hours when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources required
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local travel between Columbus-area sites
- Must have experience in Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Work with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
- High-level spreadsheet skills are essential, specifically the use of Google Sheets functions and data validation to ensure reporting accuracy
- Possess exceptional people skills with a commitment to upholding professional standards in every interaction
- Above-average organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment, often with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
