Role:
The Digital Experience Analyst is a strategic role that develops and supports analytics and reporting needs for the Digital Experience department. They are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from the credit union's digital touchpoints to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in the credit union's digital banking services. The Digital Experience Analyst is a natural problem solver with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights and clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. They collaborate extensively with the Digital Experience (DX) and cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations to improve our member's digital experiences. The analyst needs to understand and be able to articulate all facets of digital banking operations in relation to insights identified through their own or collaborative analyses by leveraging data provided by vendors, the internal data warehouse, and peers.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
25% Leads digital analytics initiatives that optimize usability, adoption, and conversion on digital platforms. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from Rogue Credit Union’s (RCU) digital experiences, including, but not limited to, the Online Banking (OLB) site, mobile app, consumer site, Rogue Data Warehouse, survey software (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey), Google Analytics, and digital application software.
20% Identifies key trends and provides actionable recommendations to enhance digital member experiences and optimize digital banking services. Analysis may involve multiple data sources and complex data sets.
20% Creates, maintains, and presents dashboards and reports that monitor digital key performance indicators (KPI) leveraging tools such as Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics, and vendor reporting platforms to the Digital Team, primary stakeholders, and leadership.
15% Acts as an enterprise subject matter expert on digital experience measurement and analytics. Participates as an integrated, essential, and valued team member on the DX team to provide strategic recommendations aimed at improving our members’ digital experiences. Partners with the UX Design team to deliver ongoing analytics and insights that drive user-centered design improvements through the analysis and interpretation of quantitative user data.
10% Partners with the DX and cross-functional teams in the creation, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests across our member’s digital touchpoints. Ensure digital insights are effectively communicated and integrated into design and decision-making processes.
10% Proactively performs other duties as needed or assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience: Three to five years of experience digital analytics or similar role performing data analysis, reporting, and recommendations utilizing disparate data sources. Financial services experience preferred. A/B Testing experience is a plus but can be taught to the right candidate.
Education: (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree). Desired degree types and certifications include but are not limited to business, analytics, marketing, or similar experience.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others. Skilled at translating technical data into actionable business insights.
Other Skills: Possesses excellent analytical and technical skills, curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Able to draw conclusions and provide recommendations based on data insights. Proficiency working with SQL and relational database systems (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), with familiarity in querying enterprise data warehouses. Understanding of logical and physical data modeling concepts. Exposure to ETL and BI tools, with some programming or scripting experience. Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Google Analytics and A/B testing platforms and methodologies. Strong organizational and time management abilities, along with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex data to stakeholders of all levels. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect the reporting work to the vision, mission, and purpose of the credit union.
Must be highly productive, proactive, resourceful, and dependable. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates strong listening skills and contributes ideas. Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Ability to work on a team and independently. Should possess a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements Some lifting required (up to 30 pounds), continuous sitting, occasional standing and occasional walking. Finger dexterity while using computer. Occasional talking and hearing in person and on the telephone. Continuous clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and continuous clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Ability to drive a motor vehicle or arrange for own transportation.
Work Environment: This job is an exempt position that requires flexibility in scheduling tasks and projects. The employee must independently monitor hours and judge the time needed to be spent on applicable duties. Employee must be capable of adjusting to unpredictable schedules proactively. As a direct representative of the Credit Union, the employee must conduct and present themselves courteously and professionally. Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, i.e., robbery. Travel to all Credit Union regions may be required.

Salary : $69,202 - $86,503
