What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Behavioral Health position at Rogue Community Health?
Wage starts at $113,000/annually
A Graduate degree in Mental Health and at least five years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting are required. 3-5 years of program management or supervisory experience, ideally providing clinical supervision to therapists, social workers, or medical staff is highly preferred.
A successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership in enforcing healthcare laws, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations (including HIPAA), and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Experience working within Patient-Centered Primary Care Homes (PCPCH) or community mental health environments is strongly preferred.
This position requires regular travel between clinic locations.
