Rogue Community Health is looking for an Nurse Case Manager Supervisor for our medical clinics, who is committed to exceptional patient care and passionate in supporting staff development and organizational growth.
The Nurse Case Manager Supervisor is responsible for making sure our back-office nursing teams are using the nursing process effectively and efficiently to support patient care and education. They will work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure RCH is doing everything possible to continue providing exceptional patient care.
