Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
This full-time behavioral health clinician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the care teams and patients at our health centers by:
- Focusing on patient engagement, behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction. Providing brief Solution-Focused interventions for medically complex patients with co-morbidities
- Addressing issues of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
- Encouraging smoking cessation
- Assisting with crisis assessment

EDUCATION: Graduate degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health, or related field. Master’s level required. LCSW or LPC preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years’ experience in the field of Behavioral Health working with an interdisciplinary team and low-income population.
