Rogue Community Health has immediate openings for experienced clinic Health Center Managers at our Health Centers in Talent and Butte Falls. This leadership position is responsible for all activities within the health center including direct supervision of assigned personnel and volunteers and ensuring the smooth operation of clinic-based services, facilities, and ideal candidate will encompass our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community, have personnel management experience in a medical clinic, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support our PCMH model of health and wellness services.
Our expectation is a team player who is committed to our mission, professional in appearance and manner with a positive attitude, effective and respectful communication skills including conflict resolution, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required. BA/BS in business administration or other related field preferred.
EXPEREINCE: Minimum three years’ experience in a medical office working as Patient Services Representative or Certified Medical Assistant with one-year personnel and program management required. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
