For over 34 years, ROGO Fastener Co., Inc. has supplied America’s automotive repair industry with the fasteners, chemicals, and shop supplies they trust—many proudly made in the USA. We’re now looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in a protected territory.
This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the road Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, meeting customers face-to-face, solving problems, and expanding business with ROGO’s trusted products. Take ownership of your territory, build relationships, and watch your efforts translate directly into results.
Territory Covers: Saratogo Spring NY and surrounding areas
What You’ll Do
- Visit 15–20 customers daily—from repair and autobody shops to marinas, golf courses, DPWs, and industrial maintenance teams.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities.
- Showcase ROGO products with hands-on demos and proven sales tools.
- Deliver service that keeps customers looking forward to your visits.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3 years of outside sales experience in automotive, industrial, or chemical markets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Track record of building strong relationships and closing deals.
- Mechanical or automotive knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM or tablet-based sales tools.
