For over 33 years, ROGO Fastener Co., Inc. has kept America’s automotive repair industry stocked with the fasteners, chemicals, and shop supplies they trust—many proudly made in the USA. Now, we’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in a protected territory.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on the road meeting customers face-to-face, solving problems, and expanding business with ROGO’s industry-leading products. Take ownership of a protected sales territory where you’ll have the opportunity to expand business and strengthen customer partnerships in your area.
What You’ll Do
- Visit 15–20 customers daily—from repair and autobody shops to marinas, golf courses, DPWs, and industrial maintenance teams.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
- Showcase ROGO products with hands-on demos and proven selling tools.
- Consistently delivering service that makes customers look forward to our visits.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of outside sales experience in automotive, industrial, or chemical markets.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- A track record of building strong relationships and closing deals.
- Mechanical/automotive knowledge a plus.
- Tech-savvy with CRM or tablet-based sales tools.
