Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries
- Preparing and serving beverages utilizing an espresso machine
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
- Share information about current specials and seasonal offerings
- Replenish and organize bakery items and displays
- Keep the front-of-house area clean and welcoming
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or food retail preferred
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy and a positive, proactive attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Comfortable with basic math and using a POS system
