Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Warehouse Laborer to join our team at our Hobart, IN location. This on-site role involves day-to-day tasks such as handling shipping and receiving duties, packing and preparing items for delivery, unloading shipments efficiently, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of products in our busy warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Shipping & Receiving processes to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and inventory management
- Proficiency in Packing and Unloading to handle goods with care and efficiency
- Skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack usage for moving and organizing large or heavy items
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and follow safety protocols
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail in handling inventory
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects when required
- Prior experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role is a plus
