POSITION SUMMARY:
Human Resources is accepting applications for a temporary part-time HR Clerk position. This position will be for the Spring 2026 semester only. The Clerk will assist with filing, scanning, onboarding student workers and other special projects assigned by the HR Director.

PRIMARY DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Scan and index multiple files and various paperwork on Laserfiche software;
- File various payroll and new hire paperwork in employee personnel files;
- Assist with onboarding of student workers;
- Assist with various projects as assigned by HR Director.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Punctual and reliable;
- Ability to alphabetize and organize;
- Basic computer skills;
- Familiar with Microsoft office;
- Professional appearance and behavior;
- Professional and polite communication skills;
- Flexible and able to multi-task.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Light office work, including sitting and using a computer;
- Occasionally standing, walking and lifting up to 10-25 lbs;
- Good vision, hearing and manual dexterity for tasks like typing;
- Able to speak on the phone and handle documents;
- Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources
HOURS: Hours will vary; Maximum of 24 hours per week.
POSITION: Non-exempt
