Rogers Radiant Inc. is a hydronic heating and cooling company looking for an individual willing to learn how to install and service hydronic heating and cooling systems. Work includes warm floor heating systems, domestic hot water heating systems, baseboard heating systems, HVAC cooling systems, and solar thermal systems for high-end, residential applications.
ENTRY POSITION to perform tasks as required to support hydronic plumbers/technicians in the installation and maintenance of hydronic heating/cooling systems. This position includes work with gas-fired boilers, electric heat pumps , water tanks, pumps, and controls.
Previous employment desired but not required.
DUTIES INCLUDE but are not limited to:
Shop and jobsite cleanup;
Load/unload materials at shop or jobsite;
Tasks as designated by jobsite foreman;
Learning to become proficient in soldering, pex tubing, copper plumbing, pipe insulation, electrical wiring.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE will have:
High School diploma or GED equivalent;
Ability to take direction/perform tasks as instructed;
Ability to maintain consistent, on-time attendance;
Desire to work hard and stay busy.
Ability to work in tight space, including under-house or attic crawls;
Ambition to advance and long-term commitment desired.
