- Assist the Superintendent in overseeing the daily operations of a major construction project, including managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of project work.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, in collaboration with the Superintendent and project stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on the project, and recommend solutions to the Superintendent and project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project quality control and assurance plans.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to the Superintendent, project stakeholders, and other interested parties.
- Assist with conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to project team members.
- Assist with developing and implementing project training and development programs for project team members.
