Position Summary
The Rogers Lowell Chamber is a 5 Star Accredited chamber working in our community to build business and grow community.
The Customer Service Specialist is the first point of contact for visitors and customers of the Chamber and the Visitor Center and establishes a high level of customer service skills. The position also supports the work of all departments of the chamber, providing excellent customer service to all internal customers. Positive first impressions and lasting service delivery are the hallmarks of this critical position. Must have great people skills.
Qualifications Needed
- Ability to provide over the top first impression for our customers
- Basic Clerical/Accounting Experience (MS Office Suite)
- Strong Phone Skills
- Basic Cash Handling
- Self-Motivator
- Great Multitasker
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Visitors and Members providing information about the area and our chamber
- Scheduling of Meeting Rooms
- Managing Event Calendars
- Provide assistance to team members as needed
- Registrations for Events, Contracts and Sponsorships
- Handle Daily Cash Receivables
- Opening and Closing of Office
- Cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas and work areas
Experience
- 1-2 years higher education and related job experience
