We are currently looking for a part time office associate willing to work 22-30 hours a week including closing and weekend shifts.
Office duties include: providing legendary customer service, processing loans, accounts receivables, handling vendors, processing invoices, bookkeeping, and maintaining the office.
Must be available Monday-Saturday (Sundays seasonally) OPEN AVAILABILITY
Office experience encouraged but not necessary!

Duties
- Greet customers at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and providing exceptional customer support
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, correspondence, and record keeping
- Provide administrative support such as typing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment to enhance customer experience
- Perform clerical tasks related to customer service, including processing transactions and managing customer inquiries
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in an environment that can be fast-paced
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems
- Previous office or administrative experience, including clerical work or receptionist roles is helpful
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to learn office management procedures, filing systems, and general administrative practices
- Personal assistant or office support experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism
