Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our Fresno, CA location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product knowledge, ensuring excellent service, and effectively driving sales. Daily tasks will include consulting with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating product features, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the showroom, executing sales strategies, and supporting new team members with training and guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer experiences
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in training team members, with a collaborative mindset and leadership abilities
- Passion for luxury goods and jewelry and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields are a plus
