HVAC Technician

Well established Heating & Air Conditioning Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technicians to perform maintenance and repairs for both residential and commercial. Boiler experience is a plus. Candidate must have a valid driver's license. Ability to work and ambulate through tight areas, crawl spaces, and attics, stand for long periods of time, lift and carry heavy objects, able to stoop, kneel, and work in high places.

EPA Type I (Preferred) Mech 4 (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units.
• Read and interpret schematics to execute HVAC designs accurately.
• Provide exceptional service as a field technician, addressing customer needs promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on HVAC equipment, including boilers.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs performed.

Summary

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, Servicing hot water heaters, Humidifiers, Reporting to the HVAC Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in refrigeration and HVAC to ensure optimal system performance. Your premium skills in construction and HVAC design will enhance your ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Additionally, relevant skills such as mechanical knowledge and appliance repair will support your work in the field.
