Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable technician to perform a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks for residential and commercial properties throughout the Owasso, Collinsville, Oologah, Talala, Nowata, and Claremore areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various trades and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Carpentry: Repair and installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trim, decks, fences, etc.
- Plumbing: Fixing leaks, clogs, replacing fixtures, and basic drain cleaning.
- Electrical: Troubleshooting and repair of outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Drywall: Patching, hanging, and finishing drywall.
- Painting: Interior and exterior painting and surface preparation.
- Flooring: Installation and repair of tile, laminate, etc.
- Appliance Installation/Repairs: Dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.
- General Repairs: Gutter cleaning, furniture/equipment assembly, power washing, and various homeowner requests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in remodeling, maintenance, or related construction trades. (Required)
- Skillset: Proficiency in a wide variety of repair and installation techniques.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively on job sites.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
