Job Details
- Wages starting at $21.00 for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train.
- Higher pay for skilled operators of heavy equipment with quarry and mining experience. Overtime available and extensive medical and retirement benefits.
- Willing and able to work on the ground and in the plant as needed.
- Able and willing to assist with fixed plant maintenance.
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment with precision and excellence in a variety of terrains and conditions.
- Performing various production duties.
- Complete required daily inspections, light maintenance, greasing, and fueling of heavy equipment.
- May be called upon at the discretion of management to perform any other duties assigned and/or assist other areas as necessary.
- Must have a dedication to safe work practices.
- At least two years of proficient experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
- Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment – excavator, dozer, track hoe, loader, haul truck, skid steer, and others.
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration document.
