Rogers Group is seeking a candidate to fill our position as a Haul Truck Driver in Ennis Texas. The successful candidate for this position will have familiarity and experience operating rigid frames and/or articulated haul trucks and will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

Responsibilities
- Operate haul trucks to move material from pit to crusher.
- Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
- Effective communication skills applicable to position.
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Properly follow all company policies and MSHA / Environmental regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Dedication to safe work practices.
- Previous experience operating both articulated and rigid frame haul trucks preferred.
- Ability to perform general laborer and clean-up duties on the ground and in the plant as needed/directed.
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen.
