Rogers Group is seeking a Paving Equipment Operator based out of Greer, SC. candidates will need to be familiar and experienced in operating equipment such Pavers, Rollers, Skid Steers and other related equipment.

Job Responsibilities
- Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency.
- Perform daily pre-and post- inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Perform servicing and maintenance of equipment as trained and directed by management.
- An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of asphalt paving experience is preferred.
- Experience working with road construction in high traffic areas including some experience with MUTCD traffic control preferred
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move heavy objects.
- Ability to work outdoors which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site or highway construction and paving.
- Ability to properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow directions of Supervisor/Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job
- Perform general labor duties when necessary, and other duties as assigned.
- Willingness to work overtime, nights and weekends, as necessary.
- Valid Drivers License required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug tests and random testing.
