Job Summary

Rogers Equipment & Construction is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our growing team. We are a commercial and residential general contractor serving a variety of construction projects throughout the region.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, isn't afraid of physical labor, and is willing to perform a wide variety of construction-related tasks. Every day is different, and team members must be flexible and ready to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, project managers, and subcontractors on job sites
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Perform job site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Assist with demolition, framing, concrete work, and general construction tasks
• Move materials, equipment, and supplies as directed
• Help with punch list items and final project cleanup
• Perform general maintenance and miscellaneous labor tasks
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Construction experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions.
• Must be punctual and willing to learn.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Work performed in various weather conditions
• Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
