We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to aid in the successful operation of the law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Verify appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Upkeep organized filing systems
- Perform various other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields. Two years preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Knowledge of Amicus Attorney or other legal software program preferred.
