We're expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join Rogers Bros. Detailing, Norris Lake's top-tier marine detailing and repair specialists. If you're ready to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment on and off the water, we want to hear from you
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:1. Detail Crew Lead (x2)
- Experience REQUIRED in buffing & polishing (we'll train you on our advanced marine techniques).
- Lead marine detailing projects, including ceramic coating applications, mold/mildew removal, pontoon polishing, and more.
- Must be able to work 5-6 days a week in varying conditions, primarily around boats and on the water.
2. Interior Detailer
- Experience is REQUIRED
- Deep interior cleaning of boats, mildew removal, and ceramic coating prep work.
- Must have strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
3. Fiberglass & Gelcoat Lead/Apprentice
- Experience REQUIRED for Lead role
- Gelcoat repair, chip/scratch/gouge correction, OEM color matching, and fiberglass restoration.
- Pay depends on experience—hourly and/or percentage split options available.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS (All Positions):
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for working in the marine detailing and repair industry.
- Proficiency in buffing techniques or gelcoat repair applications is a plus (required for applicable roles).
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication, both with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors, on docks, around watercraft, and in variable weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are musts.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and handle materials or equipment as required by the job (up to ~50 lbs regularly).
