What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager of Talent Acquisition position at Rogers Behavioral Health?

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead our team of full life cycle recruiters and support staff in a fast-paced behavioral health environment. You will work directly with hiring leaders to understand critical business needs and align recruitment strategies to identify, attract and secure top talent. You will leverage technology, industry best practices and data to evaluate and develop recruitment processes ensuring a best in class recruitment and onboarding experience. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also play a critical role in leading continuous improvement processes and cross functional teams with the organization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop our team of on-site and remote recruiters and support staff.
  • Partner with leaders and HR counterparts to understand business needs and industry trends to develop robust strategies and measurable action plans.
  • Lead team to execute strategies to build ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates and drive results for 20 locations nationally.
  • Function as a recruiting subject matter expert providing strategic recruiting expertise to the business and team by staying abreast of labor market, industry trends, best practices, legal and compliance changes, technology advancements and benchmark comparisons.
  • Ensure team is following standard recruiting processes, including SLAs, recruiting metrics, compliance, and record-keeping requirements. Creates countermeasures as applicable.
  • Utilize metrics to drive conversations with the business about trends and recommendations.
  • Direct sourcing team’s efforts on system priorities to maximize passive candidate sourcing.
  • Engage and optimize diverse marketing channels including social media, artificial intelligence platforms, job boards, digital, video, print, radio, out-of-home, Geo Fencing, Google Ads and email campaigns.
  • Select and secure vendor related partnerships including advertising, screening, pre-employment and staffing agencies.

Additional Job Description

Education/Training Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years comprehensive full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years leadership experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible to meet changing business needs and adapt to new situations and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail. Experience leading and/or serving on project teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday), modern recruitment processes and other recruitment related technologies.
  • Proven track record of driving personal or team results through both passive and active candidate sourcing including Boolean Internet search strings, social media groups, professional associations, referrals, networking, on-site and remote events and campus.
  • Experience leveraging multi-channel recruitment marketing including social media platforms, job boards, digital ads, video, print, radio, geo fencing, Google Ads and email campaigns.
  • Experience selecting, implementing, and managing candidate testing, pre-employment background and drug screening and occupational health tools and processes.
  • Ability to define, implement and manage team metrics to drive accountability and acknowledge team and individual performance.
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, AAP, EEO and other aspects of employment law.
  • Experience in a behavioral health or healthcare is preferred.
  • Experience in a corporate environment with on-site and remote staff preferred.
