What You’ll Do
As an active member of the treatment team, you will:
- Provide direct patient care, supervision, and support in a therapeutic environment
- Build rapport with patients and assist with daily living activities and emotional support
- Support patients during crisis situations using de-escalation techniques
- Lead or assist with group sessions and one-on-one therapeutic interactions
- Reinforce evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ERP techniques
- Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and safety
- Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment for patients and visitors
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient orientation
- Transport patients as needed for appointments or activities
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years experience in direct patient care (or similar)
- At least 18 years of age (age requirements vary by program)
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and supportive in high-energy environments
- Interest in behavioral health, psychology, human services, or healthcare careers

- CBRF Training (within 90 days)
- Medication Administration Certification (within 90 days)
