What You'll Do
- Get to know local business owners and build relationships that can develop into long-term partnerships and referrals
- Meet 25–30 new business owners in your community each day and introduce them to our solutions
- Give 6–10 presentations each day, helping business owners learn about supplemental benefits designed to protect their employees and families
- Plan your day in advance so you know where you're going and what you want to accomplish
- Have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
- Stay in touch with prospects, set appointments, and make sure clients have a great experience
- Join weekly training and development meetings to continue learning and improving Build toward leadership within 3–6 months as your performance, consistency, and ability to exceed expectations demonstrate you're ready for the next step
