Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based at Roger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown, TX. The Sales Specialist will greet and assist customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process, including test drives and feature demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include presenting pricing and financing options, preparing sales paperwork, and coordinating closely with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth purchase experience. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining product knowledge on Mazda and other available brands, and using CRM tools to manage prospects and customer relationships. The Sales Specialist will also participate in ongoing sales training, contribute to dealership sales goals, and represent the dealership professionally in all customer interactions.
