Position Description:

As a Service Advisor Assistant/Support team member you will work side by side with service staff and management. Various operational activities include customer phone support, setting of service appointments, arrival check-in, delivery, and loaner vehicle assistance. This position will allow an individual the ability to learn different aspects of the Service Department and the opportunity for growth and advancement.

Position Requirements:

· Customer-related service experience preferred but not required.

· Professional customer facing interactions, both verbally and in appearance.

· Good energy, with a positive attitude while working in the elements.

· Available to work Saturdays 8am-4pm as needed.

· Must pass pre-employment screening to include background checks, MVR (clean driving record) with valid driver’s license and drug testing to qualify for employment.
