What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at Rogan Granitindustrie, Inc.?
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team. You’ll handle the walk-in customers, answering questions, and supporting our growth. Our main products are Kitchen countertops, fireplaces and bar tops. We sell granite, quartz and other stones. It's fun helping people choose kitchen countertop.
What You’ll Do
- Showroom: Greet our customers, show off our products, help them calculate their need and give them the prices.
- Documentation: Use Microsoft Word to draft professional letters and emails.
- Tracking: Use Microsoft Excel to manage customer lists and track your daily work.
- Support: Help the sales team stay organized and follow up with leads.
Requirements
- Tech Skills: Must be comfortable and proficient with Word and Excel.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and friendly speaking and writing skills.
- Attitude: Ready to learn, reliable, and hardworking.
