About the Role
Rogall Co. is hiring an experienced Carpenter Crew Lead to lead field operations across residential projects on California's Central Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll manage a crew of carpenters and apprentices, uphold quality standards, and be the point of contact between the job site and the client.

What You'll Do
Field Leadership
- Direct daily carpentry operations on residential job sites, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and timeline standards
- Assign tasks to crew members and apprentices, keeping projects moving efficiently
Carpentry & Craftsmanship
- Perform and oversee complex carpentry work: framing, trim, door and window installation, and custom finish work
- Maintain tools and equipment; enforce safety protocols on every site
Team Development
- Train and mentor carpenters and apprentices; provide real-time feedback and guidance
- Hold the crew accountable to site standards, attendance expectations, and safety compliance
Site Management
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Conduct inventory checks and coordinate material orders to prevent delays
Client Relations
- Address client questions professionally while on-site
- Lead final walk-throughs, confirm completed work, and secure sign-off
What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven experience in residential carpentry (framing, trim, doors/windows, finish work)
- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience — construction, painting, roofing, or similar trades
- Strong communication skills with clients and crews
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work at heights and in a physically demanding environment
- Solid knowledge of job site safety protocols
Preferred
- OSHA 10 certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
